Naidoo co-led his home event at the 54-hole stage before weather curtailed the South African Open Championship at Durban Country Club.
The South African then birdied the first extra hole to defeat Laurie Canter, who had also been on 14-under after the first three rounds in Durban.
Naidoo attended University of Arkansas before turning professional in 2019. Prior to that he had already won the Big Easy Observatory on the Sunshine Big Easy Tour in South Africa.
The South African claimed his first Sunshine Tour victory in 2022 when winning the SunBet Challenge Hosted by Sun Sibaya.
