Ballester turned professional six months early and has chalked up his first win following victory in the Asian Tour event in Saudi Arabia.
The Spaniard finished on 22-under par in the 2025 Saudi International, three shots clear of fellow LIV Golf star Caleb Surratt.
Ballester enjoyed a fine amateur career, winning the 2020 Spanish Amateur, 2023 European Amateur and 2024 U.S. Amateur.
After appearing at the 2025 Masters as an amateur, he turned professional by signing for Sergio Garcia’s Fireballs GC in LIV Golf.
