Kirkland Signature Wedges Review

Kirkland Signature Wedges

Kirkland Signature wedges are the latest release from the Costco brand. We take a look at the 3-piece wedge set.

Having previously introduced the Kirkland Signature golf ball and Kirkland Signature KS1 putter, the wedges now form part of Costco’s golf equipment.

Sold as a set of three costing just $169.99, you get 52, 56 and 60 wedges for the cost of around one wedge from the likes of the Titleist Vokey wedges range.

Kirkland 3-Piece Wedges Set Design

Costco have created a top class wedge that replicates what you might expect from more renowned brands but at a fraction of the price.

Kirkland Signature Wedges

The set features a 52-degree gap wedge, 56-degree sand wedge and a 60-degree lob wedge, with the cost of all three roughly the same as one or two wedges in other elite brands.

The wedges feature milled face technology for control and spin, as well as wedge flex shaft by True Temper.

The gap wedge features a D3 swing weight and 10 degrees of bounce. The sand wedge also has 10 degrees of bounce, but has a D4 swing weight. The lob wedge has a D4 swing and 8 degrees of bounce.

The set is only available in right hand and can be purchased from Costco.

Verdict on the Kirkland Signature Wedges

As Kirkland have already shown, top-performing golf equipment doesn’t have to cost an arm and a leg. That is the case with the Signature wedges.

The set of three is very reasonably priced and you get wedges that provide excellent control on approach play and around the greens.

The one downside is that the lofts aren’t flexible. The set comes with 52, 56 and 60 degree lofts, so if you are in the market for different gapping you will be left disappointed.
