Napoleaova bogeyed the final hole to finish on 14-under par at Golf & Country Club Seddiner See in Berlin. A birdie on the first play-off hole earner her victory over Cara Gainer.
Napoleaova was a professional footballer with AC Sparta Prague and represented the Czech Republic at under-17 level before injuries curtailed her career.
