What Titleist says about the TSR2 driver:
“From new face technologies to CG improvements and aerodynamic refinements, the new TSR drivers take everything that made TSi the most played driver on Tour and pack even more performance into every head.
“Titleist TSR2 is slimmed down and ramped up. For players who make contact across the entire surface of the face, it combines our most significant CG shift with a new Multi-Plateau VFT face to boost speed across the face.

“Greater speed means greater distance, and the new shape of TSR2 has been refined to make it as fast as possible through the air. The redesigned toe shape also improves the face angle for a better look at address.”

Titleist TSR2 Driver Design & Features
The TSR2 driver is the high-launching, low spinning model of the trio of newcomers and is the most likely to appear in the bag of the general golfer.
Titleist have built the TSR2, which replaces the TSi2, for maximum speed and distance and that’s what it delivers on.
The clubhead has been made smaller, allowing for the CG to be shifted lower and more forward and for improved aerodynamics and added forgiveness. The end result is more speed through the air and distance as a result.

Also key to the distance gains is the new Multi-Plateau VFT face, which has improved the stability and unleashed additional ball speed from across the entire face.
The cleaner look to the clubhead is also down to a design tweak to the toe shape, which has created a slightly different face angle and address position than in previous models.
The TSR2 is available in 8 degrees, 9 degrees, 10 degrees and 11 degrees with the SureFit hosel allowing for plenty of adjustability.
