The Srixon ZXi RKT woods are new for 2026 as an all-new design and the successor to the ZXi fairways.
The Srixon ZXi RKT woods are the new flagship fairway metals in Srixon’s ZXi family, designed to deliver tour‑level ball speed, controlled launch and good levels of forgiveness.
Launched along with the new Srixon ZXi RKT drivers range, the woods feature upgrades to the already impressive ZXi fairways with some notable design changes.
They were revealed in the most dramatic way possible as Ryan Fox put a ZXi RKT 3‑wood into play at The Open Championship at Royal Birkdale and used it to claim major victory.
Srixon ZXi RKT Fairway Woods Specs & Design
Although Srixon has not yet published a full spec sheet for all RKT models, the ZXi fairway platform they are built on is set to be retained – but with some design tweaks.
It expected the woods will move to carbon fibre crowns like the new drivers, with weight savings being passed on to improve launch, spin and forgiveness.
The carbon crown design allows weight to be shifted lower and deeper in the head for easier launch and more stability through impact.
The i‑FLEX face – a thin, variable‑thickness face that creates a larger flex zone for ball speed and forgiveness – remains along with the Rebound Frame technology carried over from earlier Z‑series.
Like the RKT drivers, a new “Acousticore” promise is being made which is presumably for better sound and feel from the package.
The fairways are available in 3-wood (15 degrees), 5-wood (18 degrees) and 7-wood (21 degrees). An adjustable hosel allows you to adjust the loft and lie by up to three degrees.
Srixon ZXi RKT Fairway Woods Review: Are they any good?
From what has been seen so far, the Srixon ZXi RKT woods are a impressive new addition given the were part of Ryan Fox’s The Open Championship winning bag.
We saw at Royal Birkdale that the new woods provided plenty of controlled flight, distance and forgiveness and they certainly are an improvement on the ZXi series.
The RKT blends ball speed with playability and fit well into the overall new Srixon 2026 family along with the drivers and we’re looking forward to testing first hand.
