Tommy Fleetwood: What’s In The Bag
What is in Tommy Fleetwood's bag?
Tommy Fleetwood ended a three-year drought when winning the Nedbank Golf Challenge for the second time in November 2022. A look at Tommy Fleetwood: What’s In The Bag.
Fleetwood hadn’t win since lifting the Nedbank Golf Challenge title in 2019 and successfully defended the crown on the event’s return to the DP World Tour schedule.
Fleetwood finished on 11-under par for the week at Sun City and held off Ryan Fox by a single to shot to win for the sixth time on the European Tour.
The win saw Fleetwood move up two places from 25th to 23rd in the Official World Golf Rankings.
The first of Fleetwood’s DP World Tour wins came in the Johnnie Walker Championship at Gleneagles in 2013.
He won twice in 2017 in the Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship and Open de France before defending his title in the former of the two in 2018.
Another title followed in the Nedbank Golf Challenge before a three-year wait for another victory.
