Takomo Ignis Fairway Woods Review: Are they any good?

Takomo have been highly-acclaimed for their irons, and rightly so. The Ignis driver added to the success story and it now has some sister woods.

They are incredibly easy to hit and and the low center of gravity means they also generate a low ball flight that delivers incredible distance from the fairway, rough or tee box.

The most impressive aspect of the fairways is the adjustability and the setup options that are made available by the four degrees of hosel adjustment and the three rear weights options that can be swapped to create your perfect balance.

Takomo Ignis Fairway Woods

Like its older brother, the IGNIS D1 Driver, the IGNIS fairway woods are blacked out.

A matte black carbon crown and a balance of glossy and sandblasted black steel chassis makes this fairway wood a stunner in the bag and over a shot. It’s looks are ice cold but ball flights off the face are fire.

Only premium components went into the design of the IGNIS line including HZRDUS Smoke shafts and Lamkin crossline grips.

“The 170cc heads of these fairway woods exude elegance and timelessness. They’re stunners in the bag and will stun your playing partners when you rip a 5 wood 210 with a ‘smooth’ swing.
