TaylorMade Qi10 Woods Specs & Features

The Qi10 woods are the standard model and all-rounder of the trio of options, offering the combination of distance with forgiveness.

An option for all types of golfer from tour star to high-handicapper, the Qi10 model has been designed to produce a high launch with low spin for maximum carry, accuracy and distance.

This fairway has been created with a new Infinity Crown, which has enhanced the look at address with a reshaped clubhead shape compared to the Stealth 2.

The alteration to the shape has allowed TaylorMade’s development team to shift weight lower for forgiveness, and make the face bigger for a confidence-inspiring look over the ball.

The now standard Speed Pocket is present behind the face in this version for explosive ball speeds, while the V Steel sole design helps turf interaction more than the Stealths.

The Qi10 fairways are sold in 3-wood (15 degrees), 3HL-wood (16.5 degrees), 5-wood (18 degrees), 7-wood (21 degrees) and 9-wood (24 degrees). They are non-adjustable.

TaylorMade Qi10 Max Woods Specs & Features

The Max represents a new move for TaylorMade as they have come up with a ultra-high MOI in this model and a low CG for the most forgiveness in the range.

The Max has the largest clubhead size of the trio with a confidence inspiring 200cc set up and that has allowed weight to be moved to increase the MOI.

TaylorMade have pushed internal mass pads to low and back in the Max model and it has resulted in the easiest-to-hit option for mid-handicappers and high-handicappers.

TaylorMade Qi10 Max Woods

The deeper and longer clubhead features the new Infinity Crown, which has enhanced the look at address thanks to what seems like never ending curves.

The Speed Pocket is positioned behind the face in the Qi10 Max to help produce fast ball speeds, while the V Steel sole design helps turf interaction more than the Stealths.

The Qi10 Max fairways are available in 3-wood (16 degrees), 5-wood (19 degrees) and 7-wood (23 degrees). The woods are non-adjustable.

TaylorMade Qi10 Tour Woods Specs & Features

The Tour model is the elite performer of the Qi10 fairways range and features a different design to the other models for maximum adjustability.

This tour-level option has a moveable weight system at the rear the sole with the 50g sliding weight able to alter setup for a higher or lower launch.

The weight positioned back will produce a high launch and maximum carry, a neutral ball flight is from the central position and a low ball flight is possible from the low/forward setting.

TaylorMade Qi10 Tour Woods

As well as adjusting the CG via the sliding weight, the Tour woods are the only version to feature and an adjustable hosel with two degrees of adjustment possible. There is also a sole weight that can be switched.

The Tour fairways are a new ultra-strong and thin Twist Face design to promote straight shots with impressive ball speeds.

The Tour model also has the new Infinity Crown for an enhanced look, while the Speed Pocket is positioned behind the face for fast balls speeds and long distance.

The Qi10 Tour fairways are available in 3-wood (15 degrees) and 5-wood (18 degrees) only and have two degrees of adjustability from the loft sleeve.

TaylorMade Qi10 Woods Review: Is the new release any good?

TaylorMade have designed some crackers in recent years with both the Stealth and Stealth 2 series being big sellers.

The Qi10 fairways were already a winner courtesy of Scottie Scheffler before they were even launched to the general public, and the trio of options look set for a bright future.

While the Tour model should only come on your radar if you are an elite player, the Qi10 and Max models are excellent new additions for the vast majority of us golfers.

We found them to be long, very forgiving and incredibly accurate and there’s a lot to like about TaylorMade’s new addition.
