The tournament is the first of the five majors in women’s golf and will be played over the Jack Nicklaus Signature Course at The Woodlands in Texas.
It moved to the venue in 2023 and remains at The Club at Carlton Woods in 2025.
The Chevron Championship was first held in 1972 and was elevated to major status in 1983. It was previously played at the Mission Hills Country Club in Rancho Mirage, California, before moving to Texas in 2023.
Nelly Korda is the reigning champion after winning the tournament in 2024. The world number one is favourite in the Chevron Championship betting odds to successfully defend the title.

The Chevron Championship tournament carries a total prize fund of $8,000,000, an increase from the $7,900,000 paid out in 2024.
