The 2024 event, which is the third of five major championships in women’s golf, is the 70th edition and is being played at Sahalee Country Club in Washington State.
The Women’s PGA Championship was first played in 1955 and heads to Sahalee for the second time in its history having been staged at the venue in 2016.
Sahalee Country Club also staged the 1998 USPGA Championship on the men’s tour.
Ruoning Yin is the reigning champion after winning the Women’s PGA Championship in 2023 at Baltusrol.
