Max Homa claimed his second title of the year when winning the Fortinet Championship for a second time in September 2022. A look at Max Homa: What’s In The Bag.

Homa win the Fortinet Championship in 2021 and defended the title with a one-shot victory over Danny Willett at the North Course at Silverado Resort & Spa Club.

The American chipped in at the last for a four-under par final round, ending 16-under for the week. It proved to be the winning shot after Willett three-putted from four-feet.

Homa claimed his first PGA Tour win of 2022 in May when winning the Wells Fargo Championship by two shots at TPC Potomac.

His PGA Tour breakthrough came when winning the 2019 Wells Fargo Championship and he subsequently won the 2021 Genesis Invitational and 2021 Fortinet Championship.

Homa won twice on the Korn Ferry Tour before getting his PGA Tour card. He won the 2014 BMW Charity Pro-Am and the 2016 Rust-Oleum Championship.

The latest victory moved Homa up from 22nd to 16th in the Official World Golf Rankings.
