Minjee Lee ended a 20-month drought when landing her third career major in the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship in June 2025. A look at Minjee Lee: What’s In The Bag.
Australian Lee dominated at PGA Frisco to land the title at the 2025 KPMG Women’s PGA Championship by three shots.
She ended on four-under par in Texas to comfortable lift the title from Auston Kim and Chanettee Wannasaen.
Lee is now a three-time major winner having won the 2021 Evian Championship and the 2022 US Women’s Open.
The victory in the US Women’s Open made it two wins in three weeks with Lee having also won the 2022 Founders Cup.
Lee won again another 15 months later in the Kroger Queen City Championship in September 2023 and followed up a month later in the BMW Ladies Championship before her near-two year drought.
Those wins followed LPGA victories in the 2015 Kingsmill Championship, 2016 Lotte Championship, 2016 Blue Bay LPGA, 2018 LPGA Volvik Championship and 2019 LA Open.
Lee now has 14 career wins for Lee and 11 on the LPGA Tour.
Lee has also won the Victorian Open twice, as an amateur in 2014 and again in 2018, and the 2020 Omega Dubai Moonlight Classic on the Ladies European Tour.
