More than 14 months last tasting victory, Henley won a play-off with Eric Cole to take the title at the 2026 Charles Schwab Challenge.

Henley and Cole both finished on 12-under par, one clear of Alex Smalley, Mac Meissner and Ben Griffin. It was Henley who took the title with a birdie at the first extra hole.

Henley scooped the biggest title of his career when winning the prestigious Arnold Palmer Invitational at Bay Hill in 2025.

In November 2022, Henley won the World Wide Technology Championship in Mexico to end a five year drought at the time.

Prior to the victory in Mexico, Henley won the 2013 Sony Open in Hawaii, 2014 The Honda Classic and 2017 Houston Open.

Henley was also a three-time winner on the then Web.com Tour (Korn Ferry Tour), taking the titles at the 2011 Stadion Classic at UGA when still an amateur, 2012 Chiquita Classic and 2012 Winn-Dixie Jacksonville Open.

He was part of the United States Ryder Cup team in 2025 and 2024 Presidents Cup team.
