Titleist 2025 T-Series Irons Launched (New T100, T150, T250 & T350 Models Reviewed)

Titleist T-Series Irons 2025 Review

Titleist has launched its all-new 2025 T-Series irons with new versions of the T100, T150, T250 and T350 models and updated T250U and U505 utility irons.

The new lineup featured the hugely popular T100, T150, T250 and T350 irons with updated designs and new versions of the T250U and U505.

The next generation 2025 editions are now fully available featuring new L-Face cup technology, upgraded Variable Face Technology (VFT), design tweaks and low centre of gravity.

A limited-edition Oil Can version of the irons has also been released with all four models available in the PVD finish.

Titleist T100 Irons 2025 Specs & Design

The Titleist T100 irons have long been recognized as premier players’ irons but the 2025 edition brings more forgiveness into play thanks to some design tweaks.

The overall look of the 2025 T100 irons remains classic and compact, with minimal changes with Titleist opting to keep the highly regarded shape and profile from previous generations.

The focus was on playability and feel rather than radical cosmetic changes and they have managed to noticeably improve forgiveness compared to its predecessor to make it more appealing for a broader range of golfers.

Titleist T100 2025 Irons

The split construction of High-Density Tungsten and a Progressive Dual-Cavity has helped lower the center of gravity for a more stable overall performance.

One of key tweaks has been the introduction of Variable Face Thickness (VFT) technology in the long irons (3-iron to 7-iron) helps maintain ball speed on off-center hits and enhances forgiveness.

The long irons (3-iron and 4-iron) also now include a muscle channel, to promote a higher launch from this traditionally low launching model.

Titleist T100 2025 Irons

Like the other models in the series, the new T100s have more aggressive grooves in the mid and short irons that are designed to deliver more consistent spin and control – even out of the rough.

Titleist has refined the materials and construction to reduce unwanted vibration and ensure the T100 irons have a softer, more muted feel and sound at impact.

Improvements have also been made to the Variable Bounce Sole for optimal ball striking, a precise trajectory and for shotmaking options from tee to green.

Titleist T100 2025 Irons

The T100 irons have stronger lofts than the previous generation with 1 degree added compared to the 2023 edition. They are now available in 3-iron (20 degrees) to Utility Wedge (49 degrees).

Titleist T150 Irons 2025 Specs & Design

Titleist’s 2025 T150 irons are still aimed at tour-level and elite golfers, but feature several notable design changes compared to the previous generation.

Titleist have continued the use of split, high-density tungsten weighting and dual-cavity construction but have fine tuned the center of gravity for more stability and consistent launch despite the iron’s compact profile.

Titleist T150 2025 Irons

The blade length of the T150s is 1mm longer heel-to-toe than the T100, despite a thicker topline and as a result subtly increases forgiveness and MOI (moment of inertia) in the new model.

The new Muscle Channel technology now extends up to the 7-iron having previously only been in the 3-iron and 4-iron and improves ball speed and launch in your mid and long-iron game.

The Muscle Channel helps generate higher peak trajectories and better carry distances, while still offering forgiveness and a solid, forged feel.

Titleist T150 2025 Irons

Also new in the 2025 T150 model is an rejigged Variable Face Thickness (VFT) design that uses thinner face regions in key areas – low, heel and toe – to stabilize mishits and boost speeds from across the entire face.

The VFT also maintains distance from off-center strikes and is one of the key elements in improving the forgiveness this model offers.

The new T150 has a slightly wider sole from the improved Variable Bounce Sole, and is a degree stronger in loft compared to the T100.

Titleist T150 2025 Irons

There are more aggressive grooves in the mid and short irons in this version of the T150 for better spin consistency and better performance from challenging lies including wet turf or thick rough.

The T150 irons have stronger lofts than the T100s and are available in 3-iron (19 degrees) to Utility Wedge (48 degrees).

Titleist T250 Irons 2025 Specs & Design

The T250 irons are a new model added to the T Series with a slighter larger profile than than the 2023 T200 irons they replace in the range.

Still a players’ iron, the T250 has hollow-body design and a marginally increased clubhead size but maintains a clean, compact look that appeals to a wide range of golfers.

Boasting an all-steel construction, the face and body are made entirely of high-strength steel including a backplate that eliminates the need for a plastic badge.

The result of the design change is a more streamlined and elegant appearance that blends well with other T-Series irons for mixed sets.

The irons do feature a forged L-Face Insert that flexes across a wide impact area to boost ball speed and launch, especially on low-face strikes.

Titleist 250 Irons

Like the other models in the series, the T250s have Max Impact 2.0 Technology incorporated with an enhanced polymer core behind the face maximizing ball speed and maintaining feel.

High-density tungsten weights are precisely placed in the heel and toe to lower the center of gravity (CG) for the higher launch, increased forgiveness and better stability.

The V-tapered face and sole also help promote higher launch and more consistent distance as well as improving turf interaction for a smoother feel at impact.

Titleist 250 Irons

The T250 irons have strong lofts for maximum distance with the set ranging from 2-iron (18 degrees) to utility wedge (48 degrees).

A new Titleist T250 Launch Spec version has also been launched and features 4.5 degrees weaker lofts and lighter heads for golfers with slower swing speeds who need extra height and stopping power.

Titleist T350 Irons 2025 Specs & Design

The 2025 Titleist T350 irons continue to be game improvement irons for mid to high-handicap golfers but have been given a major makeover in search of maximum forgiveness.

The 2025 version are now a full all-steel build from the previous model the 2023 T350 irons, which featured plastic badging. The result is a more premium looking iron that fits in with the other models in the T-Series.

The 2025 version features a larger clubhead, which helps with increased forgiveness and stability and gives a more confidence inspiring look at address.

Titleist T350 Irons 2025

The new model features the same muscle pad design as the T100, T150 and new T250 irons, while Split High-Density Tungsten Weighting around the perimeter weighting has been optimized for a deeper center of gravity (CG).

Those design tweaks have helped improve launch angles and maximized forgiveness as well as increased ball speed, delivered more consistent carry distances and tighter dispersion even on off-center hits.

Titleist have incorporated the Forged L-Face with Multi-Zone Variable Face Thickness (VFT) with a unique multi-zone tapering that also promotes faster ball speed and a higher launch, particularly on low-face strikes.

Titleist T350 Irons 2025

Progressive grooves with steeper walls in the mid and short irons now provide faster spin and better control from various lies, including rough and wet conditions.

The sole design has been tweaked too with the trailing edge softened for better turf flow and reduced drag after contact compared to the 2023 version.

The T350 irons are available in 4-iron (20 degrees) to Utility Wedge (48 degrees).

Titleist T250U Utility Irons 2025 Specs & Design

Titleist have replaced the T200U irons with the new T250U, following the same design improvements as the T250 model.

The T250U utility irons have the same look and feel as the T250s but are specifically designed as long game options at the top end of the bag.

That includes hollow-body design and a marginally increased clubhead size and an all-steel construction across the face and body as well as backplate that eliminates the need for a plastic badge.

Titleist T250U 2025 Irons

The utility irons feature a forged L-Face Insert that flexes across a wide impact area to boost ball speed and launch and Max Impact 2.0 Technology with an enhanced polymer core behind the face.

The T250U model is available in 2-iron (18 degrees), 3-iron (20 degrees) and 4-iron (22 degrees).

Titleist U505 Utility Irons 2025 Specs & Design

The U505 utility irons were a new addition in 2023 and have been tweaked in design for the 2025 T-Series as the replacement for the 2023 U505 model.

The U505s once again have a more compact look and appealing shape that includes a shorter blade length as well as a shallow face.

They now have progressive shaping with wider soles and taller faces in the lower-lofted models (1-iron and 2-iron) and more refined shapes in the 3-iron and 4-iron for more versatility and easier blending with T-Series irons.

Titleist U505 2025 Irons

The iron is constructed with a hollow body made of high-strength steel, concentrating power and stability within the clean design.

A new forged L-Face boosts ball speed and launch height and combined with enhanced Max Impact Technology delivers greater consistency in launch, speed, spin and carry distance regardless of impact location.

The Split High-Density Tungsten Weighting is placed strategically to increase forgiveness by expanding the sweet spot and stabilizing launch and ball flight.

The long irons also have a lower center of gravity and V Taper design with these changes also contributing higher launch, more spin and greater distance compared to previous generations.

The U505 irons are available in 1-iron (16 degrees), 2-iron (18 degrees), 3-iron (20 degrees) and 4-iron (22 degrees).

Titleist 2025 T-Series Irons Review: What’s new with the Titleist irons?

Titleist’s T-Series is hard to improve on, but the bi-annual update is here and it involves upgraded versions of the most popular clubs on tour.

There’s one new model with the T250 (and the T250U utility irons) replacing the T200 with more forgiveness added to that particular version for a wider appeal.

The rest of the T-Series line-up – T100, T150, T350 and U505 – have also received design tweaks aimed at delivering incremental gains rather than radical overhauls.

There’s subtle shifts in sole shaping, weighting, blade length and finish for refined turf interaction, feel and aesthetics, while the series is now better designed for optimal set blending that is on-trend.

While the T100 and T150 remain compact and buttery for elite ball-strikers, the T250 and T350 prioritize forgiveness and launch, making the latest T-Series accessible to both low and mid-handicap golfers.
