Cheenglab finished on 12-under at Hilversumsche Golf Club, a shot clear of Lydia Hall and Nicole Broch Estrup.
Cheenglab was becoming the seventh Thai golfers to win on the Ladies European Tour.
Her previous best result on the LET was runner-up to Diksha Dagar in the Czech Ladies Open in June 2023.
Prior to victory in the Big Green Egg Open, Cheenglab was ranked 216th in World Rolex Rankings.
