Twelve months after completing his career Grand Slam of the majors at Augusta, the reigning Masters champion did it again for his sixth career major.
McIlroy shot 12-under par for the first two rounds of the 2026 The Masters and that was the score he won on, beating Scottie Scheffler by a shot.
In total, McIlroy now has 46 career victories including his six majors at the 2011 US Open, 2012 and 2014 USPGA Championship, the 2014 Open Championship and the 2025 and 2026 The Masters.
The Northern Irishman has won DP World Tour titles in the 2009, 2015, 2023 and 2024 Dubai Desert Classic, 2011 UBS Hong Kong Open, 2012, 2015 and 2024 DP World Tour Championship, 2014 BMW PGA Championship and 2016 and 2025 Irish Open.
He also landed victory in the 2023 Scottish Open, which is co-sanctioned with the PGA Tour.
His other PGA Tour victories have come in the 2010, 2015, 2021 and 2024 Wells Fargo Championship, 2012 The Honda Classic, 2012 and 2016 Deutsche Bank Championship, 2012 BMW Championship, 2014 WGC-Bridgestone Invitational and 2015 WGC-Cadillac Match Play.
McIlroy has also won 2016, 2019 and 2022 Tour Championship, 2018 Arnold Palmer Invitational, 2019 and 2025 The Players Championship, 2019 and 2022 RBC Canadian Open, 2019 WGC-HSBC Champions, 2021 and 2022 CJ Cup, 2024 Zurich Classic of New Orleans and 2025 Pebble Beach Pro Am.
McIlroy is a also an eight-time member of the European Ryder Cup team, winning six of them in 2010, 2012, 2014, 2018, 2023 and 2025.
