Min Woo Lee landed his second victory in as many months when winning on home soil in the Australian PGA Championship in November 2023. A look at Min Woo Lee: What’s In The Bag.
In October, Lee made a rare appearance on the Asian Tour and it was a winning one with the Australian dominating the Macau Open at the Macau Golf and Country Club to win with a a tournament record 30-under par.
Fast forward a month and Lee took the title in his homeland with his 20-under total at Royal Queensland Golf Club enough for a three-shot victory over Rikuya Hoshino in the Australian PGA Championship.
Before the latest victory Lee was ranked 45th in the Official World Golf Rankings. He moved up to 38th place after the win.
Lee now has four career wins as a professional having also won twice on the DP World Tour previously.
He took the title in the ISPS Handa Vic Open, which is co-sanctioned by PGA Tour of Australasia, on home soil in 2020 and claimed his biggest success in the 2021 Scottish Open.
