The Australian dominated things at Memorial Park Golf Course for the first three days and hung on for a one-shot victory in the 2025 Houston Open.

Lee finished on 21-under par in the event to hold off the fast finishing world number one Scottie Scheffler and Gary Woodland by a shot.

Lee now has five career wins as a professional having also won three times on the DP World Tour and once on the Asian Tour.

Lee took the title in the ISPS Handa Vic Open, which is co-sanctioned by PGA Tour of Australasia, on home soil in 2020 and claimed his biggest success in the 2021 Scottish Open Rolex Series event.

In October 2023, Lee made a rare appearance on the Asian Tour and it was a winning one with the Australian dominating the Macau Open at the Macau Golf and Country Club to win with a a tournament record 30-under par.

A month later, Lee won again in his homeland with his 20-under total at Royal Queensland Golf Club enough for a three-shot victory over Rikuya Hoshino in the Australian PGA Championship.

Min Woo is the younger brother of LPGA Tour star Minjee Lee. In 2026, he signed an ambassador deal with footwear brand PAYNTR Golf.
