Robert MacIntyre claimed his first win of 2025 when landing the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship title in October 2025. A look at Robert MacIntyre: What’s In The Bag.
Fresh off being part of the winning European team at the 2025 Ryder Cup, MacIntyre won on home soil with victory in Scotland in the 2025 Alfred Dunhill Links Championship.
In the shortened 54-hole event at St Andrews, Carnoustie and Kingsbarns, MacIntyre finished on 18-under par, four shots clear of defending champion Tyrrell Hatton.
MacIntyre won twice in 2024, claiming his home open by winning the Genesis Scottish Open and then the 2024 Canadian Open – the first a co-sanctioned event and the second his first outright PGA Tour title.
MacIntyre is now a four-time DP World Tour winner having claimed his first title in 2020 at the Aphrodite Hills Cyprus Showdown.
His second success came courtesy of a play-off victory over Matt Fitzpatrick at the 2022 Italian Open at the Marco Simone Golf & Country Club.
It was at the same venue in Rome that MacIntyre made his 2023 Ryder Cup debut and was part of the winning European side before helping defending the trophy in the 2025 Ryder Cup.
Left-hander MacIntyre made his European Tour debut in 2019 when twice runner-up and named Rookie of the Year to win the Sir Henry Cotton award.
