Xander Schauffele: What’s In The Bag

Xander Schauffele What's In The Bag

Xander Schauffele ended more than a year without victory when landing the title at the Baycurrent Classic in October 2025. A look at Xander Schauffele: What’s In The Bag.

After twice winning majors in 2024, Schauffele endured a barren spell before returning to form with victory in Japan in the 2025 Baycurrent Classic.

The American finished on 19-under par at Yokohama Country Club, one clear of Max Greyserman to take the inaugural Baycurrent Classic following a rebranding from the ZOZO Championship.

Schauffele produced a record major-winning score of 21-under par at Valhalla Country Club for a one-shot victory in the 2024 PGA Championship in what was his first of two majors in 2024.

And he made it two major titles in a season with his final round of six-under par at Royal Troon enough to earn a two-shot victory over Justin Ross in the 2024 Open Championship.

The double major success goes along side gold in the 2020 Olympic Games with his career tally now standing at 13 wins in total including 10 on the PGA Tour.

He won the 2017 Greenbrier Classic, 2017 Tour Championship, 2018 WGC-HSBC Champions, 2019 Sentry Tournament of Champions, 2022 Zurich Classic of New Orleans, 2022 Travelers Championship and 2022 Genesis Scottish Open.

Schauffele’s other wins came in the 2015 Northern California Open, 2020 Olympic Games, which were held in 2021, and the 2022 J. P. McManus Pro-Am.

Schauffele, who announced a clothing deal with Descente in 2024, is also a three-time Ryder Cup player in 2021, 2023 and 2025 and Presidents Cup star in 2019, 2022 and 2024.
